Rotecna sponsors the Porc d'Or 2023 awards

After years of supporting the celebration of the Porc d'Or Awards as event sponsors, Rotecna takes a step further this year and becomes one of the Premium Sponsors of the event. Recognizing the importance of being by the side of the pork industry and acknowledging the work of our farmers, Rotecna has decided to reinforce its commitment to the awards organized annually by IRTA, with Ceva Salud Animal as the partner this year.

7th edition of the Porc d'Or Iberian Awards

On June 30th, Granada will host the 7th edition of the Porc d'Or Iberian Awards. This time, IRTA has nominated a total of 35 farms, which share the 63 nominations. The leading candidates to receive the most awards are the communities of Castilla y León and Extremadura, which account for 87% of the nominations. On the other hand, Andalusia and Castilla y León are the communities competing for the four special awards that recognize outstanding characteristics related to excellence in management, sustainability, and animal welfare.

The celebration of the Porc d'Or Awards for white-coated pigs will take place on October 20th in Lleida.
