Description

The Heat Detector is an automatic system that allows early detection of heat in sows and marks those that are ready to be inseminated at the right time in a very precise, reliable and automatic way. This is vital to improve fertility, prolificacy and reduce non-productive days.

It is characterised by its simple yet extremely efficient operation, as it identifies sows in oestrus according to the duration and number of visits they make to the boar through the inspection window. Sows in oestrus visit the boar more frequently and for longer periods of time, and when these patterns are detected by the system, it marks them.
